“The Effects of Shutter Speed on Moving Objects” was the title of a high school science fair project that took 1st place almost 2 decades ago. This was the beginning of his photography career. Before the era of camera phones, Cory was known to take his camera literally everywhere. His motto was “The best camera is the one you have with you."

Many years later he became obsessed with fast paced action sports where cameras like GoPros flooded the industry. Using the small and robust action cameras he would film skiers, snowboarders, wake boarders and dirt bikers.

Having a camera that could fly sparked a new interest for capturing unique perspectives and compositions that were not possible before. Studying and becoming FAA licensed paid off quickly as doing any work for compensation or self promotion requires licensing by federal law.
